VISION

At CSS, we believe in building the capacity of the Security Sector and its institutions, to be able to achieve human and state security, and accountability for all. We aim to achieve this while remaining a politically and socially independent entity, remaining close to the needs of citizens.

MISSION

To build the capacity of state institutions and empower personnel who are working with(in) the security sector, as a critical condition to economic, social and political development and prosperity for all.

GOALS

• Building the capacity of the security sector state institutions.

• Pushing efficient policies for state and human security.

• Narrowing the gap between civilians and military personnel regarding oversight and

  accountability, when it comes to security issues.

• A broad focus on security sector involvement in disaster management (training of

  security sector personnel for early response in earthquakes, floods, pandemics).
